About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including advice on financial products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing excellent service.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
