About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ATMs, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, helping them make informed financial decisions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships, fostering trust and loyalty with our clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
