About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Change Management professional with a strong track record of delivering successful projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing tailored change management strategies, ensuring seamless adoption and minimizing disruption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, leveraging industry-standard methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Lead change-related assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Design and deliver training programs, communication plans, and change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Change Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management industry standards, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Experience working with senior management and leaders of organizations, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
