At Mariner Innovations Inc., we're on a mission to empower organizations to thrive in a rapidly changing world. As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to provide thought leadership and expert guidance on change management principles and methodologies
  • Design and deliver training programs to build knowledge and capability in change management, ensuring leaders and teams are equipped to navigate change effectively
  • Perform change-related assessments to inform the development of targeted change programs and communication plans
  • Ensure the alignment of change management activities with project plans to drive successful implementation and adoption
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in a Change Lead, Change Manager, or Management Consultant role, with a proven track record of driving transformational change
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing training, communication, and change management programs and plans
  • Strong understanding of change management industry standards, best practices, and methodologies, with a certification in industry-standard change management methodology (CCMP, PROSCI, etc.) considered an asset
  • Experience working directly with senior management and leaders of organizations, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to senior stakeholders
