Job Summary:
Mackenzie Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interprofessional team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic, patient-centered care to patients within the scope of practice identified by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of the interprofessional care team to create a world-class health experience for patients and their families.
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive environment for all through compliance with patient and staff safety policies and procedures.
- Manage a workload effectively in a fast-paced environment and address and resolve issues in a productive, respectful manner.
- Exercising sound professional judgment and using best practice guidelines to contribute to safe, quality care.
Requirements:
- Hold a Certificate of Registration in good standing from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Begin employment no later than March 31, 2025.
- Commit to two-years of employment at a full-time work schedule offered by the employer.
- Not simultaneously receive funds from the Ministry of Health for the Tuition Support Program for Nurses.
