Restaurant Operations Supervisor
At Chuck's Roadhouse, we're looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution as needed.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks, set deadlines, and assign responsibilities to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Productivity Monitoring: Monitor productivity and provide feedback to team members to ensure they're meeting performance expectations.
- Goal Setting: Work with the management team to set goals and ensure compliance with company plans and vision.
- Staff Development: Support the development of office staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating.
- Policies and Procedures: Create and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
