Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for waste management and sustainable development in collaboration with our team and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform policy and program development related to environmental sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance our sustainability goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement plans to reduce waste and increase recycling rates in our community.
- Provide technical expertise and support to our team on environmental sustainability issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field.
- Master's degree in Environmental Science or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in waste management and sustainable development.
- Strong knowledge of environmental sustainability principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $78,728.73 to $103,558.94 per year.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, and a pension plan.
- A flexible work schedule with 33.75 hours per week.
