Job Title: Skilled Framer-Carpenter Wanted for HI- TECH CONCRETE SOLUTIONS

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled framer-carpenter to join our team at HI- TECH CONCRETE SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
* Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
* Prepare tenders and quotations
* Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
* Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
* Survey building locations and levels
* Instruct apprentices
* Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
