Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

Vista Waterloo Limited Partnership is seeking a skilled Reservations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Coordinate Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests with special needs receive the support they require.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage inventory of hotel supplies, ensuring that the front desk is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Negotiate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to secure bookings and ensure a smooth guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
