- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans, negotiate with clients for facility use, and prepare marketing materials.
- Maintenance and Inventory: Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
