Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality hotel operations
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Implement marketing activities to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of MS Office and other hotel management software
