About the Role

Are you a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a passion for securing complex technology infrastructures? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are ever the same? We're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Platform Solutions Engineer to join our Technology Team.

What You'll Do:
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive security measures to protect our data, systems, and networks from emerging threats.
  • Analyze and understand Change Management Process and Tools to ensure seamless integration of new security protocols.
  • Troubleshoot complex security and network problems using your expertise in system vulnerability scanning and remediation.
  • Respond to all system and/or network security breaches with urgency and precision.
  • Develop and enable the right security controls to safeguard our organization's data and infrastructure.
  • Participate in the change management process to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular testing and identification of network and system vulnerabilities to stay ahead of potential threats.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, report on key metrics, and communicate effectively with relevant departments.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Industry certification such as SSCP, GSEC, CySA+, Blue Team Level 1, or ISACA CSX is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a Cyber Security-related role.
  • Working technical knowledge of system vulnerability scanning and remediation.
  • Experience working with and administering Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Single Sign On (SSO), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
  • Expertise in Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Office 365 Security, Palo Alto, and Endpoint Security.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or Power Shell.
Compensation and Benefits:
