We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Minhas Micro Brewery. As a key member of our brewery operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of competence and compliance.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
- Supervision and Coordination: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers to meet work schedules and coordinate with other work units.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a smooth operation.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads and work independently.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
