Job Title: Caring Support Worker for Seniors

About the Job: We are seeking a caring and compassionate support worker to join our team at CASPARRI FAMILY. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our elderly clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Clients with Daily Tasks: Our ideal candidate will be able to assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as performing light housekeeping duties.
  • Providing Companionship: Building strong relationships with our clients is essential, and our ideal candidate will be able to provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness.
  • Preparing Nutritious Meals: A big part of our job is ensuring our clients receive nutritious meals, and our ideal candidate will be able to prepare and serve healthy meals that cater to individual dietary needs.
  • Accompanying Clients on Outings: Depending on the client's mobility and preferences, our ideal candidate may be required to accompany them on outings or errands.
  • Working in a Team Environment: As a member of our team, our ideal candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with other caregivers and staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, or equivalent experience
  • Criminal Record Check: All candidates must undergo a criminal record check prior to commencement of employment
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Benefits:

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
