About the Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients. This includes assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

You will work closely with our clients to develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences. Your attention to detail, empathy, and strong communication skills will ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks;
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients;
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties;
  • Administer bedside and personal care;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Personal Support Worker Certificate;
  • CPR and First Aid Certificates;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical stamina to perform duties related to client care.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. Free parking is available on site. The language of work is English.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
