Executive Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Hamilton. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the executive team's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required
  • Provide general administrative support, including correspondence and data entry
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
