We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our team in our New Whistler Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide outstanding customer service, advice, and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and create an inclusive in-store experience for our customers and in-store team.
  • Ensure store standards are always upheld.
  • Engage with our local fan base and brand ambassadors.
Requirements
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a bonus but not required.
  • Enthusiastic, quick learner, and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge or experience using merino or Mons products.
  • Genuine passion for sustainability and the outdoors, ability to portray our company values.
