About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Mountain Warehouse, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience. You will be an important part of our store team, working together to achieve sales targets and provide a welcoming environment for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Replenish stock, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is clean and tidy at all times.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
- Be a brand ambassador, promoting the Mountain Warehouse brand and values.
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for selling and talking to people, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude. You should have excellent timekeeping, great people skills, and an interest in what we sell and what we do.
