Job Summary

The Cloud Solutions Architect - Enterprise Customers will be responsible for driving digital transformation efforts for our enterprise customers. This role will work closely with Strategic Account Executives to support customers in mapping business scenarios to technical foundations, understanding and translating customer priorities and desired outcomes, and orchestrating resources in the customer's digital journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Synthesize and combine business and industry insights to conduct forecasting and develop recommendations for managing accounts and subsidiary planning.
  • Apply expertise and thought leadership to identify and inform the development of Industry Sales Kits and industry partners within the customer's vertical industry.
  • Provide account thought leadership, including information technology, business strategy knowledge, and technology landscape, and share best practices internally while providing coaching to subsidiary resources.
  • Lead analysis of overall customer needs, outcomes, and blockers, and determine key stakeholders for driving execution on the largest and/or most complex accounts.
  • Lead and ensure execution of technology strategy and digital transformation by anticipating and/or leading the resolution of technical blockers that arise during strategy planning and implementation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience.
