We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Infrastructure Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and architecting complex cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Azure services and provide guidance on best practices for implementing and managing cloud-based solutions. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing the current infrastructure and creating a migration plan and business value assessment for transitioning to Microsoft Azure.
  • Conducting Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) workshops for customers.
  • Architecting and designing cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services, including landing zone design.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Developing and implementing best practices for managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of cloud solutions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecting and designing cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services in a consulting setting.
  • Strong understanding of Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
  • Experience using Azure Migrate for assessments and migrations.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, ARM templates, TerraForm, Bicep, Fabric, and other tools.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, including virtual networks, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and Azure Well-Architected Framework.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

As an Azure Infrastructure Architect at Mytechtal, you can expect a fully remote work environment, flexible schedule, and a full-time permanent position. The base salary for this role is $175,000 - $225,000 per year.
