About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Aide to join our team at City Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of prescription information to ensure patient safety and compliance.
  • Pharmacist Support: Assist pharmacists with various tasks, including preparing medications and maintaining prescription records.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records, ensuring that our pharmacy is always stocked and ready to serve our patients.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, including sterilization equipment and instrumentation, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our patients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
