Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Assign sales workers to duties, including cash handling, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing labor costs.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and inventory.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Work in a retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Work in a team environment, with regular communication and collaboration with staff and management.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to changing priorities and deadlines.
- English is the primary language of communication in this role.
