  • Business
    • Maximize sales performances, drive revenue growth, and meet store-operating budget targets.
    • Represent the Company on the local market, identifying new opportunities to increase customer footfall and attract new Clients.
    • Control store expenses, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
  • Customer
    • Foster a Client-centric mindset, developing and maintaining solid Client relationships.
    • Establish a strong private appointment culture, tailored to meet the unique needs of high-end Clients.
    • Ensure the team is always prepared and updated on the Prada Group's main information, product knowledge, local market, competitors, policies, and procedures.
    • Recruit and retain top talent through effective networking and scouting efforts.
    • Enforce Company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and main reporting activities requested by the head office.
  • Events
    • Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events, proposing new opportunities for partnership with local Stakeholders and Influencers.

Strong customer service mindset, with a natural ability to welcome and serve high-end Clients.

Bachelor's degree in Business/Retail Management or equivalent, with a strong interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.

Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.
