Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Ten's Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure a fast-paced environment with excellent oral communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player with a client-focused approach.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
