A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OPTICAL TEAM LEAD:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating best-in-class customer service and sales techniques on the sales floor.
  • Mobilize and inspire the team to achieve business goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest eyewear trends and product knowledge, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Train and develop new employees, focusing on optics and customer service skills.
  • Represent the BonLook brand, embodying our values and image at all times.

Optical Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient optical measurements, adjustments, and fittings.
  • Verify that finished eyewear meets BonLook standards and customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Gather product feedback for the merchandising team.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Licensed Optician in good standing with the College of Opticians.
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience.
  • Passionate about fashion, eyewear, and the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and a master of time management.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
