Sani Marc Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Internal Sales to oversee our nationwide inside sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inside sales strategies that align with our company's overall objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring consistency in our inside sales processes and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase inside sales revenue
• Training and leading a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing continuous support to maximize performance
• Overseeing the management of customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and intervening in case of complaints or complex issues
• Identifying and implementing improvements in internal sales processes, including the use of technology and CRM tools
• Ensuring ongoing training for the sales team on products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools
• Preparing accurate sales forecasts, providing regular reports to management, and proposing corrective actions in case of deviation from targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales
• Bilingualism is required as you will manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients
