Sales Leadership Opportunity

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to oversee our nationwide inside sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inside sales strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with our company's overall objectives
* Train and lead a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing continuous support to maximize performance
* Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and intervening in case of complaints or complex issues
* Identify and implement improvements in internal sales processes, including the use of technology and CRM tools
* Ensure ongoing training for the sales team on products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales
* Bilingualism is required as you will manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients
