Overview

The Facility Operations Team Member will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities while providing exceptional customer service to our members. This role is critical in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members and staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
  • Ensure the locker rooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and meet Life Time's standards of presentation
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
