About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Director to lead our customer service team at Granville College.

Job Description
  • Hiring, Training and Development:

The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring, training, and developing staff to meet business objectives.

Service Quality Management:

You will be responsible for directing and advising staff on the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.

Business Development:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of marketing business services and planning and controlling budgets and expenditures.

Leadership and Supervision:

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee a team of more than 20 people and provide guidance and direction to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

The Customer Service Director will work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and workload, meeting tight deadlines under pressure.

Personal Qualities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player.

What We Offer
  • Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
  • Hours of Work: 35-40 hours per week
