Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Jiyu-Tech. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and resolving customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
