Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Cinderella Bridal Boutique. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
