Regional Lead Opportunity

Tetranex Solutions is a Calgary-based engineering and procurement company dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and quality execution. Our mission is to build strong relationships with clients by providing outstanding products and services.

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Lead to join our Grande Prairie Office. This role requires a versatile individual who can multitask and adapt to changing office requirements. Responsibilities may include Project Management, Business Development, Technical Lead/Support, and Office Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage electrical, control, and instrumentation projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve project goals.
Technical Expertise:
  • Act as a technical resource to various projects within a Controls & Automation, Electrical and/or Instrumentation capacity.
  • Provide technical guidance/mentoring to junior resources.
  • Coordinate technical support as required to efficiently produce project deliverables.
  • Provide Quality Assurance/Quality Control checking and guidance within area of technical expertise.
Office Administration:
  • Act as a point of contact to Calgary administration for the day-to-day operation of the GP office.
  • Coordinate vendors and contracts for the safe and efficient operations of the GP office.
  • Provide Health, Safety and Environment guidance for the office and ensure that all related policies and procedures are adhered to.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with all levels of management, clients, and vendors. A degree or diploma from a recognized technical institute in one or more of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering/Design, Control Systems Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or comparable Industry experience. Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering/Design, Instrumentation Engineering, or Control Systems Engineering.

Demonstrated experience in a Project Management role. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Proven technical competence within the Controls/Automation, Electrical and/or Instrumentation disciplines backed by solid technical post-secondary training. Proven experience working independently to organize, plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. Challenging large- and small-scale projects varying in scope, duration, and application. Resource involvement in multiple facets of all projects as Tetranex believes growth is truly optimized when individuals are exposed to and understand the "bigger picture".
