Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure that stores are well-stocked and running efficiently, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
