Brewery Operator

We are seeking a skilled Brewery Operator to join our team at 2346561 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to process and package food and beverage products.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery: You will be responsible for operating machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products, as well as operate machinery to process and bottle, can or otherwise package alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
- Perform corrective machine adjustments: You will need to perform corrective machine adjustments to ensure optimal production levels.
- Record production information: You will be responsible for recording production information, including observing gauges, computer printouts and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions.
- Clean machines and work areas: You will need to clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions: You will be responsible for informing your supervisor of any mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities.
- Maintain shift log: You will need to maintain a shift log of production and other data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
- Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, and a team player
As a Brewery Operator, you will be working in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will be required to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
