Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize brewery operations.
- Quality Control: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that our brewery meets the highest standards.
- Operations Management: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure smooth brewery operations.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked brewery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a brewery or related industry.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
