Key Responsibilities- Operate and Maintain Brewery Equipment: Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products, and perform corrective machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Record Production Information: Accurately record production information, including production levels, quality control measures, and any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Monitor and Control Processing Conditions: Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality.
- Clean and Maintain Work Areas: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Communicate with Supervisors: Inform supervisors of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities, and provide regular updates on production progress.
- Set Up and Adjust Processing Machines: Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Check Products for Defects: Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.
- Flexibility and Teamwork: Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve production goals.
- Work Term and Hours: Work a permanent schedule with 30 to 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train on the job.
