Job Title: Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Samya Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and client records
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and respond to client inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
