Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and client records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
- Operate the front desk, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, including coordinating with therapists, estheticians, and other staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
