Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Chevron Town Pantry. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our store and customers.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our store is staffed appropriately to meet customer demand.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform our store operations and improve performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that our store is clean and well-maintained.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales floor staff to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our store runs smoothly.
