Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Chevron Town Pantry. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets and customer needs.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise, including authorizing payments and returns, to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
