Lead, Equity, Inclusion, Diversity, and Anti-Racism Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote equity, inclusion, and diversity across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address systemic barriers and biases.
  • Provide training and education on equity, inclusion, and diversity to employees at all levels.
  • Conduct analysis and research to inform evidence-based decision making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to advance equity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as health administration, public health, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the Ontario healthcare system, with a focus on equity, inclusion, and diversity.
  • Strong knowledge of anti-racism, anti-oppression, and equity frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
