About the Role
At Mountain Warehouse, we are on the hunt for a talented Store Leader who will spearhead our store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing store teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align store strategies with business goals and objectives.

We are looking for a results-driven Store Leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have:
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store teams to deliver results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.Experience in retail management, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, customer behavior, and market trends.Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to drive business results.What We Offer:
