Restaurant Operations Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2090547 Alberta Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution
* Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain financial accuracy
* Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and identify areas for improvement
* Cost products and services to optimize profitability and minimize waste
* Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock management
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth
* Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide exceptional customer service
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth execution
**Supervision**
* Supervise a team of 3-4 people
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 40 hours per week
**Requirements**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
* Equivalent experience may be considered
