Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Asset Specialist to join our team at D2L. As a key member of our Implementation Services group, you will play a critical role in helping our customers successfully onboard and launch with our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and create efficient workflows.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system reliability through monitoring and troubleshooting integration processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stay up-to-date with the latest features and industry trends.
  • Identify areas where existing policies and procedures require change or development.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak to a variety of audiences.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and emerging technologies.
  • Database knowledge and experience with technologies such as Single Sign-On/Web Authentication, Business Intelligence tools, XML, HTML/HTML5/CSS, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree/diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following technologies: Single Sign-On/Web Authentication, Business Intelligence tools, XML, HTML/HTML5/CSS, and SQL.
