Live-in Resident Manager, Queen Street

Killam Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: KMP.UN) is a leading owner, manager, and developer of multi-residential rental properties and manufactured home communities in Canada.

We are seeking a customer-focused, energetic Live-in Resident Manager to join our team at our Queen Street location in Charlottetown.

Responsibilities:


•Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents.


•Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


•Manage daily on-site activities, including maintenance and repairs.


•Build and maintain positive professional relationships with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications:


•Previous experience in a customer service or property management role.


•Proven communication and interpersonal skills.


•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


•Previous experience in the property management industry is an asset.
