Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Sector Leader to join our team in the Prairie region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Healthcare projects and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and administration of the Prairie Healthcare Sector revenue and project development to achieve Architecture 49's financial goals and growth targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance Architecture 49's growth in the target markets.
- Collaborate with other regional Healthcare sector leaders to prepare strategic plans and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive business growth and development.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects and the achievement of business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to drive growth and development.
Requirements
- Architecture degree with the ability to be licensed in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, or Alberta.
- At least 15 years of experience in the healthcare market, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Recognized healthcare planner is considered a desirable asset.
