In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with prospective residents, conduct home tours, and help them discover the benefits of living in our vibrant community.

  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs and schedules of potential new residents.
  • View the sales and marketing process as an opportunity to educate prospective residents and families about Touchmark's living options.

Requirements

  • Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in the hotel and hospitality industry.
  • A college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience; relationship-based sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Computer proficiency and experience with a lead-tracking system.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
