We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately and timely to patients
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels of medications and supplies to meet patient needs
  • Counsel patients on new and additional medications in a friendly and professional manner
  • Create awareness and educate customers through public health initiatives and clinics
  • Provide timely and positive resolution to patient needs and doctor requests
  • Review and control costs at all levels within the pharmacy
  • Provide ongoing training and development for pharmacy colleagues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license
  • Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Excellent leadership and performance management skills
  • Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience formulating and executing action plans
  • Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy Computer system
