Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Rexall Pharmacies (BC) ULC. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of medications and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
