As a key member of our Program Management Office, the PMO Administrator / CSR plays a vital role in ensuring seamless administration and exceptional client service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Product Support Cases, preparing final invoices, and supporting project managers with reports, invoicing, and other administrative tasks. They will also be required to attend project meetings, update MS 365/MS Teams folders, process work orders, and provide exceptional client service by greeting arriving clients and ensuring their comfort.

Requirements
  • DEC/DEP degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in general office administration and client-facing roles
  • Proficiency in MS 365 and MS Teams
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Perfectly bilingual in English and French
  • Occasional lifting (under 23 kg)
What We Offer
